Are Offlinq products compliant with Indian regulations?
Yes. dialque enforces TRAI, DLT, and NDNC/DND rules for calling and messaging. Across all products we handle personal data in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023.
Where is my data stored?
On infrastructure located in India, with data-residency options in Mumbai and Bengaluru. Data leaves India only with the safeguards permitted under the DPDP Act.
