Security & compliance

Secure by default.

Security is built into every Offlinq platform from the infrastructure up — so your conversations, your systems, and your workforce data stay protected and compliant with Indian regulation.

Encryption everywhere

Data is encrypted in transit with TLS and at rest with strong, industry-standard ciphers — across every product. Recordings, transcripts, telemetry, and exports are stored in encrypted form.

Role-based access control

Granular, least-privilege roles by default. Sensitive actions — call monitoring in dialque, automated remediation in flowque, or report access in pulseque — are gated to authorised roles only.

India data residency

Hosted on infrastructure in India, with data-residency options in Mumbai and Bengaluru. Data leaves India only with the safeguards permitted under the DPDP Act.

Network security

Segmented networks, firewalls, and DDoS protection. Administrative and device-agent access is restricted to secure channels with strong authentication.

Immutable audit logs

Every privileged action — permission changes, data access, exports, and automated runbook executions — is captured in an audit log for accountability and investigations.

Backups & resilience

Automated backups and disaster-recovery procedures help protect against data loss, with point-in-time recovery on our Postgres data layer.

Privacy-respecting by design

Workforce monitoring in pulseque is transparent and configurable — employees can see what is tracked, with private time and redaction. Call recording in dialque is per-campaign with consent surfaced. We minimise data by default.

Vulnerability management

Regular patching, dependency monitoring, and a responsible-disclosure programme for security researchers keep every platform hardened over time.

Compliance

  • Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act)
  • IT Act, 2000 & SPDI Rules, 2011
  • TRAI TCCCPR 2018 — NDNC/DND scrubbing & DLT registration (dialque)
  • SOC 2 and ISO 27001 — on our compliance roadmap

Incident response

We monitor our platforms continuously and maintain an incident-response process. In the event of a personal-data breach, we notify affected customers and the Data Protection Board of India as required under the DPDP Act.

Report a vulnerability

Found a security issue in any Offlinq product? We appreciate responsible disclosure. Email our team and we will acknowledge your report and work with you on a fix.
